🌿 What Is PSYCH-K® — And How Is It Different from Therapy?
A gentle introduction for visitors to Therapy for the Soul
Although my business is called Therapy for the Soul, I am not a psychotherapist, counsellor, or clinical therapist. I am a Preferred PSYCH-K® Facilitator, and the work I offer focuses on subconscious belief change and personal transformation, rather than traditional talk therapy.
Many people arrive here wondering:

💛 What Is PSYCH-K®?
PSYCH-K® is a gentle, practical process designed to help transform subconscious beliefs that may be limiting your growth, confidence, or wellbeing.
Research in neuroscience shows that much of our behaviour is driven by subconscious programming. Even when we consciously want change, old beliefs can keep us repeating familiar patterns.
PSYCH-K® works to create alignment between:
What you consciously want
What your subconscious believes is safe or possible
When those two are aligned, change can feel more natural, easeful, and sustainable.
🌿 Is This Therapy?
No.
While sessions are supportive and reflective, they are not psychotherapy or counselling.
As a Preferred PSYCH-K® Facilitator, I do not diagnose, treat, or analyse mental health conditions. Instead, I facilitate a structured process designed to help you:

Some clients choose to work with a licensed therapist alongside PSYCH-K®. Others feel ready to focus specifically on belief change and personal growth.

You are always in control of what you share. There is no pressure to relive trauma or disclose anything you are not comfortable discussing.
🌈 Do I Need to Be Spiritual?
Not at all.
While many spiritually minded individuals resonate with this work, PSYCH-K® itself is a practical belief-change process. It can complement coaching, therapy, and other personal development approaches.
At Therapy for the Soul, sessions may also include awareness of:
