40–50g Cacao for the Soul ceremonial cacao
Everyday Strength
-
10–40g Cacao for the Soul ceremonial cacao
To Blend
-
300ml water or plant milk - (Almond milk pairs especially well for a creamy finish)
-
Pinch of Himalayan rock salt
-
1 tsp organic honey, maple syrup, or preferred natural sweetener
Optional Additions
-
1 drop peppermint essential oil or
-
1 drop wild orange essential oil
Optional oils can be found in the shop.
Method
-
Create the cacao paste
Add the ceremonial cacao to a small saucepan with a splash of water or plant milk. Whisk gently over low heat until a smooth paste forms. -
Add remaining ingredients
Pour in the remaining liquid, then add the Himalayan salt and your chosen sweetener. Continue whisking until silky smooth and fully combined. -
Warm gently
Heat slowly until warm and comforting, but do not allow the cacao to boil, helping preserve its natural flavour and properties. -
Enhance the flavour (optional)
Add a drop of peppermint or wild orange essential oil for an uplifting variation. -
Serve intentionally
Pour into your favourite mug and enjoy slowly. The combination of cacao, mineral salt, and sweetness creates a naturally satisfying salted caramel-style flavour.
Serving Notes
-
Use almond or oat milk for a creamier texture.
-
Prepare with water for a more traditional ceremonial experience.
-
Best enjoyed slowly and mindfully.
Ritual Tip
Before your first sip, take a quiet moment to set an intention for your day, your practice, or simply how you want to feel. Ceremonial cacao is as much about connection as it is flavour.
