About PSYCH-K®

 

PSYCH-K® is a process that allows us to quickly and easily identify and change subconscious beliefs that may be limiting our full potential in life.

 

PSYCH-K® is a simple, safe and effective way to identify and change self-limiting beliefs, whether we have conscious knowledge of it or not, and re-writes those beliefs to bring us back to our own natural power. It employs the use of Kinesiology (muscle testing) to establish communication with the subconscious and super-conscious minds.

The wonderful magic of PSYCH-K® is that it can be used for everyday changes as well as the big life-changing ones.  It’s great to remember that small changes eventually lead to big changes!  Have you ever wondered why nothing quite pans out the way you want?  Or, thought to yourself, “Why am I anxious when I am really not worried?”  This is because your subconscious mind is controlling the way you think, and therefore the outcome.

The subconscious mind is where we store all our limiting beliefs and outdated programs that no longer reflect who we are, who we are becoming, and who we would like to be.  These limiting beliefs can impact all areas of our lifer from self-esteem, relationships, career choices, and even our health and well-being.  PSYCH-K® can clear a pathway through all of those limiting beliefs allowing us to be the people we would like to be and achieve the goals we dream of in every area of our life.

 

Why PSYCH-K® is useful?

Who we are and how we live are a reflection of our beliefs!  These beliefs that usually live in our subconscious are the result of a continual programming process during our life.  These programs (beliefs) are drawn from past experiences, often in early childhood, and are then stored in our subconscious mind, we can be unaware that they are controlling and influencing us on a daily basis in all areas of our life.

How does it work?

 

PSYCH-K® provides a simple way to rewrite the ‘software’ of our minds by transforming negative beliefs that sabotage us into positive goal statements that support us, through a quick and easy process of Balances.

Kinesiology, or muscle testing, as it is often known is used to establish a communication system, which can be an accurate detector of subconscious truths held within us.  Life experiences often trigger a dominance of left or right brain reaction to particular situations or sets of circumstances.  PSYCH-K® facilitates integration/‘cross talk’ between the hemispheres of the left and right brain, creating a whole-brained state, ideal for changing self-limiting beliefs into more self-enhancing ones.

What is a PSYCH-K® balance?

A PSYCH-K® Balance is the change process in PSYCH-K®, where changes are made at the level of the subconscious mind.  Designed to create balanced communication with both hemispheres of the cerebral cortex, the left, and right hemispheres.  This ‘Whole-Brain State’ is ideal for reprogramming the subconscious mind with new self-enhancing beliefs that support our goals rather than block them!  When we are in a whole-brain state we are relaxed, receptive, and re-programmable.

The effects of a Balance can be experienced during the Balance itself.  The results, however, may take longer, depending on the goal and the action that needs to be taken in relation to that goal.  For example, if someone has a goal to be slim and healthy, they might put action steps in place to help them realise their goal, such as a change of diet and more exercise and it could take months or longer to achieve this specific goal.  The important thing is that steps are being taken towards the goal.  If someone has a goal to communicate effectively in a job interview, they have the next day, they will achieve their goal the very next day.  How long it takes to achieve your goal will largely depend on what kind of goal it is.

We may notice that other things change in our life as a knock-on effect of the Balance.  It can be helpful, after a PSYCH-K® session, to observe our life and notice even the small changes.
