• Before the first session it is always useful if you think about the area of your life you would like to focus on.  We can then discuss this on the phone before we schedule the session.

• In the session we will talk about what we discussed and together we will transform the negative limiting beliefs that are stopping you from achieving your goals, into positive empowering Goal Statements.

​

• PSYCH-K® uses Kinesiology (muscle testing) and is used to communicate with the subconscious mind, which controls 95% of your conscious mind.  By using this method, we can check if your subconscious recognises the goal you most want to achieve.

​

• During the PSYCH-K® Balance process we create a whole brained state, which connects your left & right hemispheres, helping to introduce the new supportive belief.

       (This will include the Resolution Balance as the New Direction Balance.)

• We then celebrate!

• We will then discuss an Action Plan that supports the work we have done in the session and allows you to see that the new positive belief is embedded into your subconscious.

• If we have not worked together before, please Go to enquiry page and email me with an overview of your current situation and the area you would like me to help with. I will then arrange an initial phone call with you to introduce myself and make sure we are a good fit for each other.

• From there, we will book in your first PSYCH-K® session, which, depending on your location and your preference, can be in person, over the phone, or via Zoom.  I usually recommend a series of 3 sessions, however, we will discuss the best plan for you in our initial phone call.
