I’m Dan. My work is informed by professional training and my own experience of anxiety, depression and addiction. My story is personal; it does not establish what clients can typically expect from PSYCH-K® facilitation or mentoring.
Therapy for the Soul offers PSYCH-K® facilitation and mentoring for personal growth and wellbeing. This service does not diagnose or treat medical or mental-health conditions and does not replace care from a doctor, psychiatrist or qualified mental-health professional.
This is not a crisis or emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 999 or go to A&E. In England, for urgent mental-health help, call NHS 111 and select the mental health option. Outside England, contact your local crisis service or emergency number. Do not wait for a discovery call or a reply from Dan.

A calm, clear approach
Dan knows how much courage it can take to ask for help. Sessions are collaborative, unhurried and free from judgement. You are met as a whole person, not a problem to be fixed.
I have more than 10 years of lived sobriety. That personal experience informs how I listen and relate to others. It is not evidence that a client will achieve sobriety or have the same experience.
Dan is a PSYCH-K® Facilitator and qualified wellbeing mentor. His PSYCH-K® profile records completion of the Basic, Advanced and Master Facilitation workshops. Workshop completion is distinct from instructor certification. Dan offers facilitation sessions, not PSYCH-K® training or instructor certification.
Dan offers one-to-one support by appointment, usually at his home in Stratford-upon-Avon, with Dolphin House Arts and Lifeways Centre also available as venue options. Location and arrival details are confirmed privately when booking. Online and phone sessions are also available for people across Warwickshire and the UK.
